At the 11/08/09 meeting of the Caloosa Bird Club, Peter Ducharme, (guest), spoke about the interesting information available on the Internet concerning the efforts to encourage Whooping Cranes to migrate to Florida.  The links to this information is posted.

***NEW**   A new section has been added to the website.  We now have a category for all the "stuff" that is found on the Internet.  If you come across a website about birding that would be of interest to the members, please sent it to Beverly Saltonstall, webmaster.

The first post is some incredible photography of a Kingbird riding the back of a Red-shouldered Hawk.  This was submitted by Helen Rockstroh.
